Timon Meyer

Timon Meyer is Managing Partner of T-Base Consulting GmbH. He regularly moderates events on economic and social topics, in particular innovation, energy and urban tech. Timon studied International Management in Oxford, Madrid and Paris. At Total Deutschland he was Head of Strategic Controlling and later responsible for the development of the energy, mobility and clean technology sectors at Berlin Partner. He also established the Berlin Solar Network.

Thermondo is Germany’s market leader for heating replacement – its co-founder is Philipp A. Pausder. The company is one of the 100 most influential cleantech companies and has reached the top 10 in the start-up scene ranking of the fastest growing companies. Ernst & Young voted Pausder “Entrepreneur of the Year 2017”. His career began at adidas, where he was responsible for European marketing, among other things. He founded Thermondo with two partners in 2012.

Dr. Claudia Pelzer

Claudia Pelzer has been working in (digital) business development for almost 15 years. She is currently Lead Manager Cross Channel Strategy at Ströer Digital Media. Previously, she worked on the publisher side (WIRED Magazine, Condé Nast) in the Marketing & New Business Department, in consulting (specializing in media & digital economy), and at various TV stations in digital business development & corporate innovation (including the UFA Lab of the RTL Group). For the Berlin Business and Technology Development Agency she was responsible for smart city and start-up activities in the digital economy sector. Claudia Pelzer studied media economics in Cologne and obtained her doctorate in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship at the TU Berlin.

Teresa Sickert has her journalistic roots in radio. She reports on network trends and the opportunities and risks of digital transformation for journalism and society. Currently, Teresa Sickert presents “Breitband” – the magazine for media and digital culture on Deutschlandfunk Kultur – as well as podcast formats for Audible and Spiegel Online. Her wish is to bring the digital world, and thus our future, a little bit closer to people.
